CTBC Bank PH 4

The CTBC Bank PH is a mobile application that provides access to the Bank's NetBanking Facility, allowing customers to manage their registered CTBC Bank accounts conveniently from their mobile devices.

Prior to using the mobile app, users are required to register on the NetBanking Facility website at www.ctbcbank.com.ph by following these steps:

• Click the 'Sign On To' button.
• Select ‘NetBanking’, then click ‘Retail’ to proceed to the CTBC Bank NetBanking Facility.
• Click 'Sign Up' to initiate the online registration process.

The CTBC Bank PH mobile app enables users to carry out various transactions through the following menus:

• Fund Transfer
  • Own accounts
  • Third party (Adhoc and Enrolled payees)
  • Interbank transfer (Adhoc and Enrolled payees)
  • Bills Payment (Adhoc and Registered billers)
• My Payees
  • Enrolled Payees or Beneficiaries
• View Scheduled Transfer
• View Completed Transfer
• Checkbook Request
• Apply for Debit Card
• Request for Account Statement
• Request for Term Deposit Account
• Open Loan Account

In addition, the mobile app includes various Security Features such as:

• Login authentication for access
• Email notification for every invalid login attempt
• 2-Factor Authentication
• DigiCert security certificate ensuring end-to-end encryption
• Triple DES encryption

The mobile app is compatible with the following Operating Systems (OS) for mobile devices:

• Google Android – 4.4, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0
• Apple iOS – 9.x, 10x, 11x, 12x, 13x, 14x, and 15x
